Raw Granola

Prep: Soak nuts & seeds separately overnight in refrigerator.

½ cup soaked raw almonds
½ cup soaked raw sunflower seeds
½ cup soaked raw walnuts
½ cup cup raisins or dried cranberries or dates
¼ tsp.each ground cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger, cardamom
1 TBSP shredded coconut - unsweetened
dash salt
½ cup fresh fruit (apple, banana, pineapple, berries, peach etc)
½ cup almond milk or coconut milk


Place the almonds, sunflower seeds and walnuts in a food processor (using the s blade) or vita-mix blender and pulse briefly, or until coarsely chopped. Add the raisins or dried cranberries or dates, the spices and salt and process briefly to mix.

Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Granola will keep for up to 3 days.

When ready to serve, transfer to a small bowl and combine with the fresh fruit. Serve immediately with the almond milk or coconut milk.
