Miso Dressing
Ingredients:
2 TBSP Miso (light ones are milder tasting than the dark misos)
½ Cup Olive Oil
1 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Crushed Ginger
1 tsp. Crushed Garlic
2 tsp. Dijon Mustard (optional)
In a bowl combine the miso, mustard, garlic, ginger. Next add the lemon juice and whisk in the oil to complete. Pour on salads or veggies.
