Green Smoothies
(Minimum 4-5 days week)


1 tsp. Vita-Mineral Green (work up to 1-2 TBSP)
½ to 1 scoop Sun Warrior Raw Rice Protein
1 tsp. Earth (optional)
1 tsp. Fruits of the Earth (optional)
1 small Avocado (optional: hunger stays away longer)
1 tsp. Nutritional Flaked Yeast (optional)
Fruit 50% - ideally 30%
Veggies 50% - ideally 70%
To desired consistency Coconut Water or Pure Water


In a blender or vita-mix:



Add 1 cup of water or coconut water (stay away from juices) then add in your fruit and veggies and blend well. Add the Vita-Mineral Greens, optional powders, nutritional yeast and protein powder, blend. You may need to add more water. Add avocado, last and finish blending.
