Chocolate Mousse


½ cup pitted dates or dates rolled in coconut
¼ cup agave
1 tsp. vanilla
1-½ cups mashed avocados (about 3 large ones)
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa (raw) – usually find in bulk section at coop
½ cup water (we use coconut water)


Put all ingredients in food processor or blender and blend until smooth...enjoy!

Store in a covered container in the refrigerator up to 3 days or you can freeze up to 3 months.
